Threatened Species: The following list includes all mammals which occur in Slovenia and are rated as Critically Endangered (CR), Endangered (EN) or Vulnerable (VU) in the 2004 IUCN Red List of Threatened Animals

  • Vulnerable:
    • Bechstein's Bat (Myotis bechsteini).
    • Garden Dormouse (Eliomys quercinus).
    • Geoffroy's Bat (Myotis emarginatus).
    • Lesser Horseshoe Bat (Rhinolophus hipposideros).
    • Long-fingered Bat (Myotis capaccinii).
    • Mediterranean Horseshoe Bat (Rhinolophus euryale).
    • Mehely's Horseshoe Bat (Rhinolophus mehelyi).
    • Western Barbastelle (Bat) (Barbastella barbastellus).
