Threatened Species: The following list includes all mammals which occur in Seychelles and are rated as Critically Endangered (CR), Endangered (EN) or Vulnerable (VU) in the 2004 IUCN Red List of Threatened Animals.

Critically Endangered:
- Seychelles Sheath-tailed Bat (Coleura seychellensis). (Endemic to Seychelles.)
Vulnerable:
- Aldabra Flying Fox (Pteropus aldabrensis). (Endemic to Seychelles.) (Previously considered a subspecies, Pteropus seychellensis aldabrensis.)
- Little Free-tailed Bat (Chaerephon pusilla (= pumila)). (Endemic to Seychelles.)
- Trouessart's Trident Bat (Triaenops furculus).
