Threatened Species: The following list includes all mammals which occur in Fiji and are rated as Critically Endangered (CR), Endangered (EN) or Vulnerable (VU) in the 2004 IUCN Red List of Threatened Animals.

Critically Endangered:
- Monkey Bat (Pteralopex acrodonta). (Endemic to Fiji.)
Endangered:
- Polynesian Sheath-tailed Bat (Emballonura semicaudata).
Vulnerable:
- Humpback Whale (Megaptera novaeangliae).
- Long-tailed Fruit Bat (Notopteris macdonaldii).
- Samoa Flying Fox (Pteropus samoensis).
